Executive Coaching is not Psychotherapy. However, without a psychotherapeutic depth of knowledge, Executive Coaching may be limited. The best of both worlds is to work with a coach who has a psychotherapeutic background. By focusing on the present, Dr. Klau works with you to unravel any obstacles that may arise from your past, so that you are increasingly free to create your future.

• Executive Coaching:
  Dr. Klau will examine your career goals. She will listen to you, ask questions, and support you in attaining them. Together she will support you in finding your strategies for advancement, such as getting a promotion or pay increase, work with you to improve your communication or presentation skills, and refine your management and leadership skills. Sometimes this includes helping you look at your team, small business or entire organization. She will work with you to implement specific change in areas such as communication, management, leadership, team skills, and group morale.
