These days, however, even the most mindful among us find ourselves with too little time. Within the context of the chaos and turbulence of the times we’re living in, and the inundation of modern technology (from blackberries, to emails, to Twitter), it’s no wonder that so many of us find ourselves hurried, harried, and stressed-out.

On a cosmic scale, the mysteries of this time and the Mayan Calendar date of Dec 21 2012 is showing a window of time change with regard to the cycles of our earth. The Mayans said we would be unable to continue to measure time as we know it due to physical/spiritual changes coming to earth.

Named "Fractal Time", Gregg Braden's book speaks of merging ancient views and a new model of time for our future integrating science, spirituality and a collective shift we will come to meet in this magnetic reversal of our earth and its energies.
