When I first visited Italy I realized how supportive and soul-nourishing life could be. With only three words of Italian, I felt more beautiful there than anywhere else I had ever been.  The art of the Renaissance, the food, the architecture, the whole culture made my soul sing.

I fell in love with Italy and with an expanded version of how to live.

In this workshop, I share with you an essential building block for living your own expanded version of life.  I demonstrate how to have your voice, how to know your voice, how to live as well as speak from a place of robust wholeness and authenticity.

What’s on the Menu?
Like the exquisite Italian meals that are an integral part of the week, each day’s activities will have an antipasto, an entrée and a dessert.  Simple, elegant exercises will be conducted in a safe environment for four hours every day after breakfast.  Afternoons and evenings are free with several trips and activities available for an extra fee.  Breakfast and dinner are provided.

Antipasto:  Start each morning with a warm-up.  Loosen up your body, mind and spirit.  Get out of the thinking mind and wake up to the immense opportunity that is the present.  Exercises include breath work, meditation, movement and more.

Entrée:  Once warmed up, opened up and feeling safe, we will learn the art of meaningful communication through a careful method of writing and speaking exercises.  The exercises form the basis of a practice that can be used in all communications and in our lives.  Designed to help us to penetrate deeply and to clear obstacles, the exercises in The Joy of Having Your Voice connect us to a real confidence and a grounded sense of our own personal power.

Dessert:  To top it all off, each morning ends with a closing exercise.  The morning’s work is distilled into its most salient points and participants decide what they will take into the rest of their day.  This intention work adds to the practice and helps with the process of growing our voice.

Who Should Attend:  Young or old, male or female, this workshop is for all people who yearn to live a more passionate life founded in their own voice.

This is one of those experiences where, 5 or 10 years from now, you will be sitting with a friend over a cup of coffee and say, “That week in Tuscany was one of the best things I ever did for myself.”

About Lynda Klau PHD

In our lives, we teach best from what we had to learn.  I grew up shy and disconnected from what I felt. My own voice eventually called to me and as I began to listen to it, to understand more and more of it, and then to speak from it wholeheartedly, my life radically changed.

I feel called to help other people find their own authentic voice; to help others live, work and play from the truest sense of themselves.  Through keynote addresses, workshops, psychotherapy and coaching I have helped hundreds of people and businesses nationally and internationally change the course of their lives. The transformation is breathtaking.

All my services integrate the body, mind and spirit.  I have developed a unique method for individual growth that simultaneously utilizes both psychotherapy and coaching.

My company, Life Unlimited, and my practice are based in New York City where I currently live.  I spend weekends and free time on a working farm in upstate New York in the Hudson River Valley.
