Couples Counseling, Business Coaching and Psychotherapy for Healing Anxiety and Broken Relationships and Improving Communication and Living in the Present Moment with Dr. Lynda Klau.
As the founder and director of LIFE UNLIMITED: THE CENTER FOR HUMAN POSSIBILITY, I have worked with numerous individuals, couples, teams, and organizations as an integrative psycho-spiritual therapist, coach, holistic business strategist, and speaker.
My unique approach allows me to address a full spectrum of issues: from depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, to leadership, female empowerment, self-care, finding your passion, manifesting your power, and pursuing your calling in the world.
Through decades of study, practice and exploration, I have assembled a formidable toolbox of cutting-edge modalities. My work incorporates interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), mindfulness, breathing and bodywork, guided imagery, transpersonal psychology, and more.
My diverse offerings empower you to transform yourself, your relationships, your business, and your organization. I integrate psychotherapy and coaching when appropriate, viewing them as complementary modalities. This produces a powerful synergy that can help you heal past problems and current crises as you move toward your visions and goals.
In addition to my therapy and coaching practice, I am also an inspirational speaker and published author. I conduct workshops nationally and internationally and appear on radio and television.
Currently I serve as VP and Membership Chair on the Board of GAINS: The Global Association for Interpersonal Neurobiology. I am also on the Advisory Board for The Krame Center for Contemplative Studies and Mindful Living. I have served on the faculty of ASP's Spirituality and Psychotherapy Graduate Program, and was formerly a tenured Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Ramapo College in New Jersey. From 2009 to 2015, I hosted a monthly online seminar for professionals in the New York metropolitan area with Dr. Dan Siegel, one of the founders of Interpersonal Neurobiology. In 2014, I joined the faculty of Conception Events, where I teach artists the skills of public speaking and communication. In 2015, I became certified in the foundations of Conversational Leadership from David Whyte and team.
My practice is based in New York City, serving the world...
