FREE Live, 30-Minute Webinar for Overwhelmed Working Mothers

Conscious Breath & Voice Work with Dr. Lynda Klau

Friday, July 28, 12-12:30 PM, ET

Learn this unique, simple tool, which you can do for as little as three minutes a day. Conscious Breath and Voice Work will help you, an overwhelmed mom, develop your calm center and teach you how to relax and let go. It also will help you get to sleep faster and sleep more deeply.

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

  • Choose to be breath and voice aware; for example, do you hold your breath?, are you a shallow breather?, are you afraid to exhale?, etc.
  • Recognize when you are overwhelmed, and be able to calm yourself down.
  • Have a tool that gives you maximum oxygen for your mental and physical well-being.

If you can’t make it to the live event, the webinar will be recorded and available for 72 hours following the event. Share with friends, colleagues, and family - all are welcome.  Just have them sign up.
