By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

  • Choose to be breath and voice aware; for example, do you hold your breath?, are you a shallow breather?, are you afraid to exhale?, etc.
  • Recognize when you are overwhelmed, and be able to calm yourself down.
  • Have a tool that gives you maximum oxygen for your mental and physical well-being.
